_{In time when Magic ruled the world, existed a city known as Seul Noftra. There all the wise of the land gathered, the mightiest amongst them 32, having attained immortality through their crafts. But seven of the 32, who were skilled in the elements, were not content, deeming the world could be made fairer. And so they made men. Yet no man, however mighty, can ever make what God can, and these people, composed of whichever element innate of their creator, were flawed. These flawed people came to be known as ‘Spirits’ – who settled in the land as its guardians.}
